This affordable housing lottery, for 102 newly constructed, rent stabilized units, (Studios & 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments) is a great opportunity for folks in the entertainment community and for other households that meet the income requirements. (Please note: this is not Actors Fund Housing).
