It is with sadness ATPAM announces the death on September 26 of Manager Alan Ross Kosher in Philadelphia. Brother Kosher was 68 years old and had been a member of ATPAM since 1980. He retired in 2012 from a lengthy career as a tour manager, overseeing touring productions from Class A to Bus & Truck. His last assignment was closing out the Las Vegas Company of The Lion King, with which he had toured since 2002 and for which he received the Touring Broadway Career Achievement Award in 2005. Among other road productions Alan managed were: Annie, Master Class, Funny Girl, Fiddler on the Roof, The Who’s Tommy, Guys & Dolls, The Buddy Holly Story, Lend Me a Tenor, Chess, Into the Woods, and many others.
Alan was a 1969 graduate of Temple University and was a member of the Tomlinson Theater’s inaugural class. A Scholarship was established by him which is awarded annually to a Temple undergraduate interested in theatre administration/management.

Brother Kosher is survived by his loving family and many friends.
He will be missed.
